The headquarters of The Shadowmen Order, a large building, looking like an enormous chapel/castle situated on an island in a giant waterfall connected to the land by what appears to be viaducts. The complex itself is split into roughly a hundred floors connected by a colossal spiraling staircase with steps that are 100 feet square and a central circular elevator. Each stone step leads onto a Hallow Keeper Operative’s personal room (only openable with the key the Operative is given), lower rooms belong to Informers. However, the building isn’t just designed around the spiral, as that is merely the central system of travel to the largely underground facilities. Training halls litter the
main floor, with high vaulted ceilings along with a huge mess hall that Informers and Hallow Keepers share.
The lowest floors, the ones underground are taken up by the Experimentational Department as their leader Eisen Rutter’s externalized soul can take up an entire floor on its own. Odd smells and liquids often seep up into the upper floors, giving the department an air of dank power that both Hallow Keepers and Informers avoid whenever they can. This department, unknown to most people, actually has a Hallow in captivity that they often use for experiments.
The second uppermost floor is taken up by the Codex Library and the topmost is the Shadowmen Council Room and their connecting personal chambers.
